I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the condo. The value was spot on for the location and the accommodations. Although the building includes 3 other units, sound did not travel between the units. We travel often to Bemidji and we will certainly book this location again.

We had so much fun during our visit to Bemidgi—we were warm and cozy in the condo, able to make Christmas cookies in the well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for playing games and watching movies together in the evening. Coffee for the morning was a treat!

We were there for a hockey tournament - it was very cold so it was nice to be able to park in the garage. Place was great, would stay here again.

We loved the Breezy Hills Condo! The location was wonderful, the views could not be beat. It was so nice to have access to a garage while we were there. Everything was spotless and looked so well cared for. Pride in ownership is evident in every detail. We will for sure consider booking again for return visits.

This was our second time staying here and once again it was perfect! We had 4 adults and twins 1.5 year olds and the space was perfect for all of us. I’m sure we will be staying again when visiting family in Bemidji!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect on the lake, near a bike/walking trail. This condo is also only a 2.5 mile walk into town making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with our host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to take in nature, relax and feel at home. Highly recommended. We are planning to book again next year.

I was very satisfied with my stay here! Highly recommend. Very peaceful with the view of the lake (I grew up on the opposite shore), but just a short drive into town. Some of my favorite local eateries... Jake's Pizza Turtle River (15 min north) Turtle River Chophouse (15 min north) Tara Thai (10 min - downtown Bemidji)

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The location was easy to find and exactly as listed. It is an extremely peaceful location and I wish I’d had the time for a longer stay in this beautiful (indoors and out) setting. The Breezy Hill Family was very attentive, responsive, and a great group to rent from while visiting Bemidji.

The condo was the perfect place to rest and take in the views between wedding festivities for a long weekend. We told family and friends about the great set up and location. The walking path was close and peaceful. We look forward to coming back in other seasons too.
