this place is amazing. If you're visiting the headwaters, this is an amazing place to stay. 20 minutes from the headwaters and 5 minutes from town where you can find multiple resteraunts and grocery stores. There is plenty to do on the lake including paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, or simply watching the amazing sunset from the deck or the fire pit. amazing.....

Breezy Hills is the perfect family get away. You can swim, kayak/canoe, bicycle, fish, and walk - or just enjoy the view from your patio. Dog friendly units too. Each unit is stocked with towels, supplies in the kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel in the shower, and extra blankets. It was only a 3 mile bicycle to Paul Bunyan and downtown with access to lots of restaurant choices. We paddled over the Mississippi River too and saw eagles and wild rice. So much to do.

this place was beautiful and peaceful! Beautiful view of the lake at sunset! lots of wildlife! saw eagles, deer, bunnies and lots of waterfowl! a few too many spiderwebs all over! But overall, close and convenient and owners responded immediately with any questions!

We had our family stay there and the whole condo was excellent. We enjoyed the deck and sunsets. We had a mild issue with one of the air containers and they were very restive and had it replace immediately. The boys sure enjoyed the bikes!!!

Breezy Hills unit 4 is great— we stayed there for a week with our pup, and we had a wonderful time! The bed was super comfy, there were plenty of towels and supplies, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed the games in the den and the local recommendations from the hosts. Bemidji Lake is amazing, the town is fun and friendly, and the Paul Bunyan Trail is at the end of the driveway so this place is really walkable/bikeable. We paddle boarded several times and walked the trail multiple times daily, and we saw deer, bald eagles, loons, pelicans, and so many songbirds. Great little getaway for us while our daughter was at language camp at Concordia Language Villages. Highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing spot with everything provided as well described. We took advantage of the hikes, kayaks, paddle boards, grilling, cooking, laundry, morning coffee - and saw the eagle! Great memories made with the kids here.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the great views of the sunset. We will definitely stay again.

We spent a weekend with friends here (3 different families in 3 of the 4 units) and it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful, private, options to hang low, swim/kayak/paddle board, go biking, or go exploring in close by areas! The units were clean, updated, and the large yard area and deck was great for playing games and having bonfires! We would definitely come back! :)

We had so much fun here! Great place if you have a few other small groups. We rented 3 of the 4 units and had a great time. Beautiful view off the huge deck and nice backyard to play with the kids. Located right on the Paul Bunyan biking trail that made it even more fun. The units are older but well well for what you need. The AC had a hard time keeping up and it was only 75 degrees outside so I’m not sure what a 100 degree weekend would be like. The paddle boards and kayaks were a nice addition. The water is shallow and very kid friendly with no weeds. No beach but has a nice dock. Overall we would recommend, especially if you have a small group that wants to be together but still have their own spaces!
